Safe Buildings Expo – New in 2008
An all-new Safe Buildings Expo will be open to NMFT registered attendees, also at no cost. The event serves the education and purchasing needs of corporate and institutional security directors and facilities managers responsible for the safety and security of their buildings and its occupants.
With security issues at the forefront of many people’s minds, Safe Buildings Expo provides a platform for facilities managers to focus on their roles, responsibilities and the critical information they need to advance security practices.
The Expo connects suppliers of access controls, door locks, air monitoring equipment, air filtration, fire safety products and technology, consultants and others with facilities professionals responsible for the safety and security of their organizations.
Educational sessions focus on key issues such as infrastructure safety measures, homeland security, fire safety and suppression, risk management, emergency planning and preparedness, pandemic preparedness, surveillance technology and air quality protection.
GreenTech Conference & Exposition
With growing excitement about anything green, GreenTech takes the conversation to another level by addressing the unique information needs of building managers. GreenTech is designed for professionals and companies leading sustainability initiatives and advancements for their corporate, commercial and institutional facilities.
GreenTech offers educational conference tracks that take an in-depth look at two key issues: design and interiors. “Sustainable Design” examines what makes a facility healthy and environmentally responsible. “Sustainable Interiors” highlights the role products play in creating an environmentally sound facility from the inside out.
Maintenance Solutions Expo
The only U.S. trade show for maintenance and engineering executives managing operations in institutional and commercial buildings, Maintenance Solutions Expo offers free educational sessions and dynamic networking events.
Conference sessions include tracks that provide insight and new ideas on regulations and standards, technologies, applications and strategies that can successfully further an organization’s maintenance missions and cost-effective solutions and efficiencies. The exhibit hall spotlights cutting-edge technologies and new products designed to help attendees operate their facilities more efficiently and productively.
For all NFMT shows, general hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. All events are free to pre-registered attendees, or $50 for on-site registration.
